Who we are

JungleFit is a personal training business in Bognor Regis, West Sussex, run by Rob Dunlop. Rob is responsible for the personal information described here.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, mobile number and anything you write in your message. Your message may include information about your health or fitness if you choose to share it.

We don’t ask you to create an account, and the website doesn’t collect anything else about you.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a free call and talk about training with you. We won’t send you marketing or pass your details to anyone else to market to you.

Our lawful basis is that you’ve asked us to get in touch, so we’re taking steps at your request before you might start training. If you share health information, we only use it to understand your starting point and to reply to you.

Who else handles it

• Netlify hosts this website and receives contact form submissions, then emails them to Rob. Netlify may store data in the United States, under safeguards recognised by UK data protection law.
• Google Fonts supplies the website’s fonts, so your browser connects to Google when the page loads.
• YouTube only loads when you press play on a video testimonial. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode.
• Instagram links open Instagram, where Instagram’s own privacy policy applies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months and then delete them, unless you start training with us. If you do, we keep what we need while you train with us.

Cookies

This website doesn’t set cookies or use tracking. YouTube may set its own cookies once you choose to play a video.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. You can also object to how we use it. To do any of these, message Rob on Instagram or ask him at the studio.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
